Process Improvement Strategies:

DMAIC framework are used extensively to identify and solve problems more effectively. Value stream mapping, which offers a more detailed approach than basic process mapping to identify and eliminate waste. Kaizen Events are short-term improvement actions which help a lot in continuous improvement.

 

Root Cause Analysis:

The 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams help in better analysis of root cause.

 

Quality Improvement Tools:

Pareto charts and control charts help to prioritize issues and maintain improvements.

 

Six Sigma Statistical Tools:

Basic tools like standard deviation measurements and process capability analysis help in maintaining high-quality standards.

 

Challenges for faced while using the tools and techniques explained in Yellow Belt:

  • Managing Scope and responsibilities
  • Theoretical knowledge and practical situations

But these can be solved by mentoring, being hands-on projects, and simulation exercises.
